Russell Crowe Aubrey Jack

Would you agree that Russell Crowe does his part well as Jack Aubrey in Master and Commander The Far Side of the World?

The answer is yes.  Even my husband who went to see it with me was "flabbergasted" at how good the movie was.  And this is from someone who is a very "critical" moviegoer.

Some memorable scenes:  Cape Horn, Aubrey Jack looking at woman on boat, The doctor/Aubrey scenes, the cook, the "lesser of two weevils, the beetle scenes, and the Galapagos scenes.
